I finally made good on my promise to make this product. For all my friends familiar with Tripp's "makes a note" comments in local chat. LOL Instructions included.

1. ADD the "My Observations" HUD
2. Click on it to get new Note Card
< Local Chat will say that you *make a note* >
3. Write on your Note Card and Save it.
4.Go into your Inventory to RENAME it.
