Good product but picture is misleading
Mesh is ok , but the picture shows a wall on floor that it is not in the product
Just what I needed
The notice board is actually two pieces linked together and when linked equal 1PE - Easy to edit and texture. When Linked it's impossible to get the notice board part to be 1:1 - so I unlinked the prims, resized the square to 1:1 and relinked - easy and now it's perfect.
