I can't go above 3 because the interior is absolutely impossible to modify. This product says modifiable, but they've linked EVERYTHING to about to like 3-4 faces, meaning if you wanna change any texture, or make anything phantom, it changes the entire house. Example below:

And I get that this probably isn't a problem for most people, but I can't stand being unable to modify anything in this cabin due to it all being only a few faces.

Perfect size if you're looking for a tiny house and works with mesh bodies just fine. I used individual pieces to create the kitchen and it worked perfectly! I love this little house and it was worth every linden imo!!
Okay cottage doesn't work well with mesh body avatars
I don't really leave reviews only saw this cottage since its just me living on my land. overall there are some major faults. Mesh bodies do not work well with this cottage and placing furniture was a problem inside the cottage itself. Really needs an improvement or make it big enough for mesh bodies to fit otherwise you will have to sit on furniture to enjoy the cottage.

I just wish you would create a kitchen to fit in the kitchen area. Other than that it's perfect.

The word "tiny" in the title doesn't lie - this is a *very* small cabin.
Very small, and very, very cute. My friend and I are in love with it. We were only going to just rez the cabin for the sake of saving prims, but when I loaded the full version..... yeah, there was no going back. I really love the texture work and it is just .... cozy.
I do have a couple minor complaints. One being, for some reason the mailbox is ridiculously huge? It wasn't a big deal, I detached it form the dirt mound and put up a different one. The only other thing that is a little peculiar is despite this being a very small house, the windows and door handles are a little high up. I'm a bit shorter than the average person's avatar, though, so I guess that is just a matter of my own perspective. They're minor and forgivable things.
Thank you for making this little slice of paradise, we're going to enjoy it to the fullest. :)
