This build uses a rez system. When buying it may appear no-mod, but after rezzing the structure all parts are fully modifyable. To rez the build, just put the rez box on the front-center of your land and press 'Rez'from the menu. If you rotate or move the rezbox, the build will follow afterwards in a few seconds.
