This offsim pier is transfer permissions and allows two people to sit offsim on the included sculpt sun loungers
The whole build is only 6 prims and looks amazing in the sim void makes that empty sea really come to life texture with a nice dark wood, the pier is set to phantom and is approx 33m long and 10m wide and 10m deep

I like them!
They're simple but low prim and suited what I needed perfectly. I actually bought several as they are not copiable but definitely a nice off sim dock.
