this is a small little rundown shack of a cottage.
yes the outhouse comes with it.
could be used for run away shelter, ghost town, old western home, a little haunted house, or a outlaws hide out. or even a little old man or womans home.
so many possabilities..

Fun Haunted house
I bought this years ago for a haunted house and it has held up through the test of time in my dark haunted skybox.
