Quite nice!
I had just gotten a small plot of land and i wanted something that was roomy but didn't kill my prim count. For the price and size it is very nice. I had to re texture a thing or two but that was more because of my personal tastes. It fit very well on my land (1024m) and i still had room left.
Three floors two room on the second and a large room up top. Very nice to start with or if you can't find anything with a smaller prim count or that's affordable enough.
