[OP] Springy Green Coat

This is a coat applier and BOM layer as well as a bump/spec for wings and coat to put some flower patterns on your pony.

**Slight Modding knowledge is required for using the bump/spec textures**

This is only body and wings, horns will need texture adjusting to fit.
