[OP] Tintable Quagga BOM

Rumbling in from the prehistoric party is the Quagga! These gentle creatures disappeared in the 19th century and have recently been regenerated by modern science and breeding techniques.

This is a BOM, fully tintable skin, copy modify.
The two freebies from this are the Quagga Snoot and Quagga Oops, which you can find at the freebies pile in Luna's Empire Sandbox next to the Earpullers and Tailpullers. Quagga Oops is a pair of ear tip tintables, while Quagga Snoot is the horse's darker snout.
