Dear Customer,
This pose ball is simply scripted so you can modify it easily, anyway before you do anything please make a copy.

The pose balls are modify and copy (the script inside will make it appear as no mod but they are).
You can modify the positions by right clicking on the balls and unlink them, select the ball you wish to adjust and move it until it fits.
Link them again by selecting the black ball last, to make it root and keep the original name.
If adjusting the poseballs isn't enough, we suggest to make a copy of your shape and modify it in order to adjust it for the matter of the picture.
