The house is designed as a perfect mixture of indoor and outdoor, with many terraces and large pool area.
It comes with "sceene rezzer", a feature which allows you to get even more space in the back of your home and with only one click it creates entire themed scene. The scenes included are Party, Romance and Awning (awning is there if you want to create your own scene).
Privacy functions as blinds, tinted windows, door locks and security track and eject functions are also included in the house control system.
The menu controls the lightning settings around the house with few different light color options.

I absolutely adore this house I bought several houses and this Roya House is so perfect polished, great quality I just dont like the ball poses so I replaced bed shower etc, but wow what a quality and such a nice decor from far one of the best homes out there !

this is the first house ive bought from Bazar.and I love it.i had doubts about it fitting on my land so I contacted Ria and it fits perfect.this is the best house ive had in SL and ill be enjoying it for a long time to come.and deffinately buy again from Bazar.
Not worth the amount of Lindens
The house design is outstanding but the designer did not include the fact that all the stairs have to be unlinked and set to phantom in order for them to work. Without doing this, you end up in the middle of the air. Once set to phantom, you have to put transparent blocks underneath to get that walking up the stairs effect. The least they could have done is included this in a notecard rather than the buyer having the spend hours trying to figure out why they suddenly walk up in the air randomly.

Have over 75 homes in inventory (am a home "shop-a-holic") and this house by far is THE BEST! HAS EVERYTHING AND WOW! I own almost everything from BAZAR and am very happy with my purchases! DEF WORTH THE MONEY! THNX SO MUCH :)
