The house comes with complete, menu driven, multi-user house control and security system. Easy to use, only one click takes you to the menu which controls the entire house:
-Security system with eject option
-Control the time of intruder ejection
-Control the range of ejection
-Add guests and owners via chat option
-Add more than one user with full access perm.
-Control privacy settings (window blinds)
-Lock/unlock doors
-Control light settings
-Keep track of visitors when you were offline
The security system panel board will show you at all time if you have eject option on or off so you don't have to go to your menu to check your settings.

You can modify and copy entire house and it's containing objects except the scripts(because you don't have the permission to modify the scripts the house will be shown as no modify in your inventory but you CAN modify it when you rez it). The house is not transferable.
The pictures of the cottage in world are NOT photoshoped.

I love this house so much it's perfect on my small lot. The textures are amazing. So far I love the work this designer is doing and I am excited for what is to come in the future.

As the other reviewers have said, this cottage is a little on the pricey side, but it's money well spent. The textures are gorgeous and the house is beautiful. It's a charming mix of shabby chic and beachside. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this house. It's small and quaint but not so much so that you feel cramped. If you have any doubts, buy the demo. You will very quickly see this is worth the price!

This house is lovely! Perfect for a tropical beach theme where you want something a bit more substantial than a tiki hut.
I did wonder a bit at the price (I paid L$2000) but its well-worth it! An original home for SL with great features - love the romantic lighting! :-)
