The Starseeker's Rise is 'wearable architecture.' This is a platform for your avatar to stand on and traverse the virtual space with style. No rezzing, just add, turn off your ao, and adjust to fit your height! Touch the floor to choose from five custom made poses, and click anywhere else to resize. It's great for casual use and roleplay too!

This is an attachment! It was not built to be rezzed and stood upon, you will fall off if you try. It is 10 LI at standard size if you really want to rez it as decor however, and can be made smaller via edit or resizer menu on touch.
