This dark, elegant beauty is composed of mesh, neutral texture work throughout and all of the comforts that make a house- home. Obsidian is sleek and modern. She showcases a high-end, cold look but generates the warmth of traditional comfort for the best of both worlds. This home is a must see - must own. This house is a higher end home in our collection but the extensive detail, baked shadowing, furnishings and design make it easy to see why she is perfect for your collection as well.
This mesh, prefab consists of 7 rooms plus out door living spaces, furnished as follows: animated living room with a couples and casual seating sofa, dining room, fully animated kitchen, fully animated couples bathroom, master bedroom & additional room which could be utilized as a bedroom but is decorated currently as a home office. There is also a work-out/ fitness area, fully animated and furnished along with three outdoor patios. This home is packed full of animations to help you out on your daily day-to-day SL grind.

I love it!!
Love this home
I bought this some time ago, and felt the need to leave a review. You don't find a lot of homes that have that soothing and calm feel to it. You will in this home! It's comfortably dark with broad windows that have the ability to dim, open, or blinds. It has sleek textures that are all high quality, and yes the furniture is quite nice. If you're looking for a dark home this is the one for you! All of Evhalyn's homes are beautiful!

Nearly Perfect
I got this house to get back into renting land and I have to say, I think I'll be using this house for a long time, had every thing I needed.
Pros
- Price Not too high, not too low.
- Textures are great, I was looking for a grey scale house and this fit that perfectly, though the lighting gives it color for those looking for it.
- Starting furniture, though lacking in some areas like the office and the kitchen, the furniture the house comes with will be nice for those who do not have the money to furnish an entire house, personally I've replaced all furniture but the dining room and the out door furniture.
- Room, plenty of room for you and even a friend or significant other or two.

Cons/possible constructive criticism?
- Furniture, as with most furnished homes you can buy, the furniture was as basic as it comes, though matched the house nicely, my issue was the office and kitchen, the chairs looked like they came from a freebie sculpty pack, ended up replacing all the furniture but the dining room and outside, Oh and the bathroom furniture, either I'm really tall or they were made for really short/small people.
- Upstairs door, the door at the top of the stairs was in my opinion, rather pointless and if anything a a nuisance because if you where going straight for the bath room, you'd have to wait for the door to close or click it yourself before you could open the bath room door, I ended up removing it.
- Shadows/lighting, around the tv there are shadows baked right into the wall so unless the tv you might wanna use is the same shape/size you'll have to use the tv that comes with the house, also the lighting above the tv was off, two of them you can fix though.
- Windows, you can't control them individually.
Despite my cons list being larger then pros, this house is great and well worth the asking price, cons list was only longer/more detail to help the creator and show where they could improve if they wished to do so, I recommend getting this!
Another great home
I love this store but honestly this is one of their bests, I absolutely love the kitchen and the textures. Ive seen homes for far less quality at bigger prices. Def 10 stars

I must say when i frist got this place i didn't know if i could could make it work but the more i looked at he layout and how good the staff were in helping me i fell inlove with it and it now feels like a real home to me. I strongly recomend anyone looking for a home to please vist their in world store and see all their Demo. It was truely hard to pick one do to how many greak options they have.
