This Island will give you a perfect view on the ocean before you.
The object can be placed "out sim" as long as the Yellow Highlighted (invisable) prim stays within sim borders.
There are nice animations on the island(in the objects) that can be used even though the island is off sim.
This Island is modify and transfer and total 21 prims.
