Off-sim Corner Parcel Environment All-In-One [4.2], Off-sim rocks, mountains, hills, islands, reefs, palms, waves Version 4.2

This off-sim corner environment rezzer instantly adds a great natural environment to the empty ocean in front of your 1/4 sim beach front parcel. This rezzer includes tropical palm trees, beaches, tropical islands, offshore real waves and swell, reefs, forest mountains, arid rocks, autumn mountains, and moutains with just a few snowy peaks or completely covered in snow. The amount of detail of the sculpted terrain and of the dedicated, baked textures is very high.

There are two versions of this item available: a version with permissions to transfer and a version with permission to copy. This item has this functionality:

• Switch to a different landscape scene or season (by HUD)
• Change the surface textures of most landscape parts (more than 250 textures available in the HUD): you can even use your own textures
• Adjust texture properties: brightness, glow, transparency, repeat factor, color, full bright, shininess
• De-rez landscape sections (for instance if you want to leave out the trees of a tropical scene) and rez them again later
• A script takes the landscape to the best position on your land. You can rotate and move it afterwards like any other object in SecondLife. Do not drop it too close to the edge, it may go off-world and end up in your Lost and Found folder!
• Allow others to change the scene and surface textures

Other characteristics of your off-sim landscape are:

• Its size is 250x250m. A 1/4 sim corner parcel measures 128x128m, which means it extends way beyond your island limits. However, it cannot be seen from other islands that do not share one full border with your island. Islands that touch at just the corners (you can see them at the world map, but not from your parcel) are no reason not to use this sim surrounding object.
• You can combine this landscape with other off-sim elements, like waves or rock structures.

To your viewer this landscape is a set of sculpted prims with textures. Technically there is not much difference from, for example, a detailed set of furniture. The textures do not contain an alpha channel and are not animated. There are no particle systems in this item. The surface and sculpt textures take some time to load, but after that they cause no lag and do not obstruct your movements.

Mega prims

This landscape item is made of mega prims. There are some known issues:
