An excellent OFF-SIM 'Special Purpose' marker buoy with many realistic features: Flashing light,very slow rocking motion, occasional sea-spray, nice textures. All that and only 3 impact! I have a number of on-sims available too.
Real life buoy usage can be very complicated but generally speaking. Yellow buoys are used for a variety of Warnings such as dredging, fishing or military use areas.
You can see this product rezzed in-world at the end of the pier at e-brink's Sunset Beach Arts - more buoys available! - and also more of my quality work. It's one of the most natural and pleasant sims on SL.

My only comment to the negative is it has no sounds in the land prim of buoy bell or sea water but a great looking product
