Modern design desk and bookcase combination animated with AvSitter2. The desk includes a chair, a stack of magazines and a selection of classic literature.
The chair is animated and features 8 male and 8 female animations including sitting, writing, reading using laptop and sleeping. Some animations include custom props.
Original mesh with custom high lod and HD Textures (diffuse, normal, specular), materials enabled.

Very good!!
This is functionally one of the best products for a small area to work in. Perhaps a cabin corner or some other place where space is a constraint. The animations for reading, writing, using a laptop were exactly what I needed. Good job on this one.
