This wooden office desk with an office chair is 100% mesh and has only a land impact of 3. It is also modify so you can stretch the desk and table if you want it bigger or smaller.
The chair has two sit menus. One menu for females and one menu for males. Both menus has six single sit animations. For 5 animations there will be rezzed temporary.
