There are no protruding rocks or trees so that the cavity can be built exactly to a property line. Usable and ideal as a pirate hideout, prehistoric cave or animal shelter. this pretty much confirms why I don't buy things off MP without seeing them anymore.
I know 8L is nothing but add it to the hundreds of too cheap to pass up and you end up with a fortune in things that are disappointing.
