This old Italian Villa has a entrance gate, which is lockable and a garden area with cypress trees, pergola and roses and it has enough space to add garden furniture and your own plants. It has two large and a small room at the ground level. Stone stairs lead up to the terrace area, which is great for parties and there is another big room. The doors are not lockable but I added invisible walls around the whole building, therefore it can only be entered through the entrance gate but if you don´t want them you can remove the invisible walls. The building is copy and modify.

Lovely
The house is a very comfortable for living in, and the upper deck is WELL worth the whole house. Also it is yes Mod, and comes with the beautiful garden courtyard.
