This is an update of my first home for sale, a charming little old world style cottage, perfect for a 512 sqm plot. Fits in with medieval or rustic themed areas. It has two rooms, a square living room area, and the round corner tower, perfect for a cozy bedroom. It has a wrap around window in the round bedroom. This is a one-way window, you can see out, but from the exterior, it seems stone like the rest of the tower, giving you some privacy. 22 prims including door. It is modable and copyable, but no transfer/resale. This way you can safely experiment on it, changing texture, walls, windows, etc. to suit your tastes, but with the safety of another copy if you mess it up too much :)

This is a fantastic cottage!!!! It's very detailed and extremely roomy inside for it's size. The one way windows in the tower is a very nice touch! For the price you absolutely can't go wrong!!!
Great little cottage for first landers, or to use as an office, or many other things. $30L?! You gotta be kiddin' me!! BUY IT!!!
An enchanting little cottage - I love it, and it easily compares with houses that cost ten times as much. At 30L it is almost given away

When I saw KIT I thought "O.o" here we go assembling pieces - But no it comes out of the box in one piece :-)
Just position and you have a nice little place ( even with working doors )

A magnificient and efficient dwelling for First Landers who are of the "old world spirit." Functional 2-room cottage for living or entertaining. The two-way panoramic windows in the towere are a nice touch, but you will need curtains for the windows in the main room if you want total visual privacy since the side window permits a view into the tower room. For the price, this can't be beat if the style suits your tastes.
