Old World Designs Christmas Reindeer Stable Cottage with Garland Blinking lights and Matching Fence Set

The snow covered Christmas reindeer stable winter cottage has two floors. The living quarters are at the top of the stairs. There are gates to enter the stable and the corral area.

There are strings of garland and Christmas wreaths with bells decorating the front of the stable and on the railing at the top of the stairs. There are lanterns that can be turned on/off by touching them. This version of the stable cottage has a land impact of 58.

The cottage will rez with 4 reindeer, a Santa Claus sleigh, and straw on the floor of the stable, and add 11 to the land impact. These objects can be moved around, copied, or removed if you wish.

Also included in this package is a fence set with and without strings of blinking Christmas lights. The fence sets were created to match the timber frame building, and are being included so you may create additional stalls in the stable, and add fences or corrals in other areas of your property.

I have also included a second version of the stable that uses the fence set with lights for the corral that is located under the overhanging roof. I am sure there will be some folks who prefer to not have the electric lights so that is why I am including the additional options in the same box.

The sleigh has a menu with a variety of sit poses and the sleigh will seat two avatars at a time for taking Christmas photos. By default the sleigh is in the corral under the overhang, but you may move it where ever you wish.

The sleigh has two silver lanterns on the front that will turn off or on when you click them. There are two silver bells hanging on the rear of the sleigh that will play a sleigh bell sound when you click them.

The sleigh has a land impact of 5.
The deer have a land impact of 1 each
