The rustic door and window set is designed to be used in a large variety of buildings where rustic wood doors and windows would be found. Castles, cottages, shacks, and barns to name a few.

The set includes models textured in 3 custom wood textures. Each color is packed in my EZ-Rez palette system. Simply rez the palette and click the image of the window you want and it will rez next to the palette. This makes it very simple for you to find the window you would like to use from the 11 models available in each color.

The models start off with three different widths, and various window sash styles. There are versions with no glass, static glass and moving sashes.

Each model will rez with shutters, a flower box and on certain models moving sashes. You can then unlink the optional parts, resize, retexture, mix and match or delete them to create more variety. These windows will add detail and value to your builds while keeping the land impact to a minimum.

UV templates and ambient occlusion maps are included for use in creating your own custom textures. The models are textured as they are in the images and the custom textures are included in the box as well.

You can also apply most textures to the models directly as you would any other prim, in case your not yet up to speed on graphics editing.

Land Impact

All of the objects that make up this set show a land impact of 1 each when unlinked. When you link all 6 objects that make up the most complex window version with two moving sashes, two moving shutters, a flower box, and the window frame, the land impact combined is 4. On the models with static or no window sashes the total is 3.

Or you can add the shutters and land impact goes to 2.
Add shutters and flower box and land impact goes to 3.

If you use one of the four models with moving sashes the land impact goes up one more for a total of 4.

The shutters and moving window sashes are scripted and ready to go when you rez the window. I have also included the full perm scripts with normal and reverse rotation versions so you can change the swing on the shutters and sashes without having to edit code.

This bundle also contains a Rustic cottage style mesh door and frame. I have textured these doors and door frames in 3 different colors of rough wood with shadows baked in. The uv templates and ambient occlusion maps are included so you can create your own custom textures in your favorite graphics editing program.

I have also included a version of the door that has 3 separate texture faces. Use this door if you are not going to create custom textures using the ao and uv templates in a graphics program.

There is no need for a hinge prim. Drop in one of the included scripts or any other door script you have that allows for rotation at the center of prim and you are all set. The script included is full perm and i have already edited and included a second version of the script with the rotation reversed. The included script has locking functions with add remove users etc.
