A low prim charming cottage, coming in 2 versions and with a small decorations pack.
The full version, packaged in a rez faux system, includes:
1 - the house – 49 prims, 8x12 sq.m, 2 storey, sculpted windows with shutters and flowers.
2 – 2 scripted fire places, touch on/off, 8 prims, mesh objects. You need the last SL, Phoenix or Firestorm viewer to see them.
3. 5 scripted wall lamps, touch on-off, 12 prims
4. garden with stone path and sculpted damaged walls, 10 prims, 4x12 sq.m
Total prims 79. You can easy play with the prims: for example, if you don’t need a garden, just delete it or keep only the parts you want. The cottage is copy and modify, so you do not lose it.
The basic house 45 prims, include only the structure, no garden or scripted objects. The interior is textured for a medieval look.
All versions have lockable doors.
You also get one decorative mail box, 4 potted flowers and mesh fire logs.

Character but not all modify
I do like the character of the build but the full version which I like the most was no modify for me, so I couldn't tweak the things that needed tweaking. No response from im yet...
