It is rickety. And it is a fence.
It has all the funny, crappy attributes that I was looking for. But it is 3 LI, not 1 as advertised. Since I strung two dozen together to make a junkyard fence, it makes a difference. Maybe I'll take five minutes and make my own. But since it's only $10, it's worth it. Buy it.
