Here's something a little old that I did awhile ago. With the addition of mesh to SL, I figure I may as well give away my old non-mesh clothing in case anyone can find any use for it. The textures aren't the best and it uses the old method of putting a prim piece on the pelvis, but I suppose it can work in a pinch if you have no linden on SL. It's completely full-perm and doesn't use any resize scripts.
