•EXCHANGE | REFUNDS:

•You get a refund ONLY if you buy the SAME item twice by mistake. Please send a notecard to OmniStore with your FULL SL NAME and the transaction details (you can find these on the Second Life website under my account > transaction history) telling me if you want an exchange or a refund for the double purchase and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Make sure you name the notecard after the issue/or item's name and your sl legacy name (not display name).

•If your item didn't get delivered, DO NOT BUY the same item twice!!!! Hit the redelivery terminal in booth event ! If that doesn't work, contact the OmniStore.

•NO REFUNDS FOR WRONG PURCHASES, please make sure you’re buying the right thing.

•ALWAYS TRY DEMO FIRST

•In case of a failed transaction/delivery make sure to visit the redelivery terminal first!
If that won't work, please send a notecard to OmniStore resident titled with your FULL NAME (legacy name) and issue, and the transaction details and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

•FAILED DELIVERY ON SL MARKETPLACE:

•If you don’t receive an item bought on the SL Marketplace please wait 8 hours before writing me; Linden Lab itself specifies that your delivery could take up to 8 hours depending on server load and this means also that I can’t use the re-deliver function before 8 hours have passed.

If after this time you still haven’t received your item, check first if you have been billed at all (Linden Lab should refund you automatically if they can’t deliver the item for some reason).

So, to sum it up: if you’ve been billed and haven’t received your item after 8 hours, please drop a notecard ONLY to OmniStore following the procedure above, thank you.

Remember: if you are in busy mode, you CANNOT receive your item from the Marketplace.
