Texture on Prims

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!
I was expecting to get 1 alpha texture with the orange tree on it. But this is 2 prim no mod prim.It does not contain any alpha texture and it is NOT copy or Mod!!. Please list this correctly for what it is Nio.
