Walking through a forest, you notice a small clearing. In that clearing you find the most adorable, cosy raised building. One of the doors is open and you peer inside to find...the most amazing study! Books are everywhere and you see two large desks with a PC set up, some snacks, a plant and an industrial style lamp. The chair in front of the PC looks comfy too, you think to yourself. Looking around you notice an even more comfortable looking sofa, a lovely artwork and a large mushroom, which appears to be glowing! A soft mew from behind you gives you a start. You turn and see a sleepy looking cat, in their plush bed. Perhaps you should get comfortable here, just for a while.
Fully furnished Osaka study. This build has shoji style doors and has a raised stilt floor. I wanted to make a study which had a mix of Japanese and modern Western styles. I hope this is reflected with my choices. There are large windows placed under the roof at either side of the building and 2 windows at the front of the building. Inside you will find lots of lighting and decorations already in place for you. There is also AVsitter furniture and a PC set up. Read the included notecard to find out more about the features.
This is the Blue version, which comes with blue coloured interiors, decorations, lighting and furnishings.
The base (floor) measures 9.62 x 8.27 meters. Materials are enabled throughout this build. This is copy/modify and 54 land impact total (29 for the study).
