Setting on your land "AVsitter experience" you not needs anymore to give permission for the attachment after the first time. To activate AVsitter experience go in About Land > experiences > allowed experience > select AVsitter

SITTERS will allow only sitting avatars (+owner) to control the menu. This is the default.

Nice, but...
...might not be for the prim conscious.
My prim count went from 321 to 291 - despite using only 2 chairs instead of the full set of 4, so it's 10 more prims than the 24 claimed IF you don't use all 4 chairs, but other than that, it's a classy-looking outdoor setting.
I do feel it's a little bit overpriced for no copy - I'd happily buy it again for another property for L$195 in the future, but wouldn't pay anymore than that a second time.
