I don't agree with previous comment, it's described as APPLIER WOWMEH, what would you expect then? It works perfect for Wowmeh body.

Bought it. Applied and waited and waited some more and it never applied. If it only works for mesh then specify. Otherwise failure and waste of money. No instructions or notecard with the helpful tips or contact if needed. Meh bleh. *flushes the toilet and looks for a better tattoo*
