!:P:! * Abandoned Warehouse

This abandoned Warehouse, in a classic vintage industrial design, is looking for a new owner and usage - whether it be as venue, store or private retreat; admitedly it has quite a few broken windows, not all corrugated metal sheets are properly bolted anymore and some of the doors are jammed, but it's a detailed beauty that provides a great melancholic atmosphere;

There is access in all four directions at ground level (one a clanky and noisy rollup-door, the others through squeeky metal doors), - flyers can land on and drop through the broken roof; there is a nicely animated ladder if pedestrians want to climb it;

The base of the build has a footprint of 16x20m (the actual inside of the build is 10x15m) and the whole has a land impact of 212;
Please note that the warehouse is build to realisitc proportions (2m door frames), - If you have to rescale it to accomodate 2.70m tall avatars the land impact will increase.

Included in the pack is the building in a rezzer for easy placement and all elements of it, in handy kit-sets, if you decide to make an extension, repair it or come up with your own build completely from scratch;
All elements are mesh (with hand modeled lower LODs) except for the brick walls, which are legacy prims.
