With a footprint of 16 x 16m and a landimpact of 5(!), this is probably as effective as housing will ever get.
Held in an openspace Japanese style, with warm materials, shoij walls and a tatami mat floor, the home is inviting and enclosing at the same time, and can be entered through sliding doors on opposing sides.
The build is +mod and the mesh is seperated into different 'faces', so that you can easily replace the roof and floor textures if you intend to.
And if you are a petite or tiny avatar you can easily scale it down to the needed size (you will have to edit the sliding door scripts to make the slide distance match).
And finaly it is +copy, so you can even build a whole village in style, with the ultra-low landimpact of 5(!) for each build.

This gall is probably one of the easiest people to talk to about getting a bit of a custom design, (I wanted a multi floor version) all I did was messenger her about what I was looking for, and we worked out a deal for basically a custom piece. I love her builds, and I'm extremely pleased with her customer service!

Let me add to the previous review. I had bought the house for a small group and the doors only opened for me. I wrote to Pandorah and asked for help with the door script. She not only sent the script but a whole new house in which the doors can open for anyone. It is a lovely house too.
