Give your fantasy sim guests a bit of a fright with the [P3] - Animesh Owlbear Follower. It will follow anyone who gets near it. It will stop when you stop and play a breathing animation and it will stalk behind you when you move. Pretty much the only way to get it off is to jump away from it or wipe it off on someone else. All mesh and modifiable.
