･For the 'Sweet Breath',
Gallop: The horse blows gently through his nose and we hear the little noises of buckles of the saddle and its halter which move at the same time.
(like the first version).

Canter: The horse at a canter and we hear the little noises of buckles of the saddle and its halter which move at the same time.
(like the first version).

Trot: We hear very slightly the breathing of the horse which breathes through the nose.
(You must have a very fine ear to hear it).

Walk: We hear the horse walk and also the buckles of the saddlery, without hearing any breathing of the horse or any other noise on its part.

･For the 'Without Breath',
Gallop, Canter and Walk are the same except for the trot where you will only hear the horse walking with its ringing saddle buckles, no breathing from it or noise.
