[PB&J] Small Tin Roof Shack (mod version) [BOXED] 17 prims

I wanted to create the cliche of raindrops falling on a tin roof on a certain part of my sim, but I couldn't find any structures that suited exactly what I was looking for. The result was me building this tiny tin shack. It isn't big enough to live in, but it is nice for a sofa and such, a small retreat for one or two.

The textures inside and out are very nice, with a beautiful marble plaster inside, and a great corrugated metal texture outside as well as on it's sculpted roof. The structure is low prim at 17 prims altogether. Nice little building, I had a fun time making it.
