A versatile, luxury style skybox you can use as a house, living space, or a club. Featuring an L shaped layout, with a large stepped room and a smaller room through a doorway opening.
This skybox is a totally destroyed, dirty, abandoned ghetto version.
The main room is 23.5mX48.5m, the side room is roughly 23.5mX23.5m. All at 76 land impact.
The wall lights can have their color and strength controlled with the included [FYI] Light HUD.
UPDATE
Now includes a version that can be used with both the Club House Hallway system and the Sewer System. You can now use this build with tunnels to connect to other rooms, make entrances, etc! #FYISewerSystem
