A versatile, luxury style skybox you can use as a house, living space, or a club. Featuring an L shaped layout, with a large stepped room and a smaller room through a doorway opening.
This skybox features a more neon and modern style with a lot of reflective materials and cool stuff to take advantage of PBR.
The main room is 23.5mX48.5m, the side room is roughly 23.5mX23.5m. All at 76 land impact.
The wall lights can have their color and strength controlled with the included [FYI] Light HUD.
