This modular tree house building kit from Cube Republic is designed to compliment the Ponderosa pine woodland set but will work independently.
Get up among the trees, high up above the foliage and create unique fun spaces for you and your guests to explore and enjoy. The kit has everything you need for your next landscaping project:

There's also a ready made scene packed into a rezzer. For this 64m of land is recommended with 200li free. PBR materials have been used throughout, meaning more realistic textures; proper looking glass, shiny metal and matte wood! It also comes with fall back textures for this transition period.
A separate box of trees has been supplied which make use of double sided materials. This will save you 20% li on the trees, but I recommend using them once everyone is on a PBR viewer.
The system comes with a season toggle HUD, swapping between evergreen and winter materials.

Love this set
Favorite treehouse set by-far hands down. I've tried a couple others but this one's perfect. It's a bit high land impact but that's what happens when you have detailed mesh like this. Love the sky bridge, I use it in all kinds of builds other than a treehouse.
