An off-the-ground style beach-hut of the one-room variety with a lot of angles.
I don't think beach huts need a lot of rooms or even a lot of room. You can put a nice lounge in it and a side table and drinks** and stare out of the tintable glass and press Ctrl-Shift-N and say "what a great sunset!" - preferably near water.
Like a lot of houses, you really have to want to have one, so if you're looking for one and you have a beach, having a beach house is a must!
As always, mod/copy means you can freely rez a bunch and break them all, leaving one in inventory for later fun.
**Best done with someone else or you'll look lame getting sloshed and commenting about nice sunsets.

Beachy, Hutty - Add some beach!
You can plant flowers underneath this thing, or park your sandbuggy if its only 4 foot tall. I had a beach once and this is the hut that was on the beach I had. Would look good with surfboards but I don't surf. What's the use of tinted windows if there's no door!! At least the steps are good for exercise...
