Has 3 floors, is 66 prims. It is designed in a block style but with all-round window spaces. The windows are tintable in two groups: the strip ones and the louvre ones.
Will float on water (its still not a duck), and will hover in the sky (not a bird of any kind), and sits on land in a very stable manner, like houses do...
It has a sliding door that auto closes (fancy that), and being copy/mod, you can take a wrecking ball to it, repaint the walls, and still have a spare house in inventory so you can start all over again.
Normally I'd charge more than I'm charging, but not much more, so its on special and everyone should have one because everyone needs a house even if they don't live in one. Its cool to whip it out and say "This is my house" at house parties. Optionally you can live in it, with furniture and stuff if you don't like empty houses. You can do other things in it too, but last time I heard, there's no plumbing in SL.

It's a house!
I bought one because I made it. I don't think that makes it good or anything. It has windows. I read something in the description about ducks, but I didn't see a duck anywhere. Maybe if you stand on the roof you'll see a duck. Sunset is a good time for that. I gave it 5 stars because it's probably the only stars it'll ever see...
