This is a fabulous product! And... the support is incredible!
The old version of this product was much higher prims. I let the creator know that wasn't suitable for me as I wanted to use it as a prop in association with my product.
Within 24 hours the creator reworked the LOD and delivered me a new 1 LI product. Outstanding support!

had some inventory issues with second life. and i contacted the creator who was online and within a few minutes i had a new copy sent to me. excellent model and textures, and customer service.
