This is the footprint for the {PN} XXXStatic Pre-Fab Nightclub {Rez-Faux} package.
Ideally you would get this first to make sure the club will fit on your land.
The footprint measures 41x41 meters and is a single prim. This size gives a bit of space around the club but not much as the club itself is right around 440x40 meters in size give or take a few.
