Needs tweaking, but it's worth it.
"Did you do something? You look somehow..prettier today." - More or less what my SO told me when he saw me, haha.
This outfit DOES require tweaking when it comes to the ruffles in the front. I spent maybe about 10-15minutes on it, but that's because I'm a perfectionist (my avatar is smaller than average, with small boobs).
I can see people wearing this with a skirt, pants and short shorts. For a slightly different feel, I went with a pair of high waist of shorts. Worked like a charm.
