Thanks for looking at the 'POME' New Brunswick house.
I've had this sat on my land for the best part of 2 years, starting it before the advent of mesh... Considering the work which went into it even though it's not mesh and made with regular prims along with some mesh, it seemed a shame to mothball. So I finished it off and am selling it a what I think is fair knockdown price of 599 Lindens. (Now Only 50L)
The house itself is large with a footprint of 43 x 44 meters, it has several spacious rooms over 3 floors with detailed bay window designs and conservatory. With 10 rooms and large reception, 4 of these could be used as bedrooms.

I'll admit it, I bought this house as the starting point for the house we wanted to live in. The size, the layout, were exactly right. The design is excellent, with plenty of room and plenty of rooms. The prim count is high, but any lot big enough to hold it will be able to handle it.
But the thing that sold us on it was the HUGE sweeping staircase you encounter as soon as you walk in!
Give it a look. You get an awful lot of house for very, very little money.
