Hello, I read your policies, there is nothing listed when items are double charged. That is the issue I am having. When purchasing [POUT!] Delicate Lashes - Multi Appliers, I was double charged. I would like 1L refund please and thank.for any all help getting this matter settleled. After which I will edit this review. Respectfully Leetah
