What gave me the inspiration for this is normally, any spanker HUD you wear either has you "spank" ony 1 person or EVERYONE within your 20m radar range. If you're in a social scene and there is someone around you don't know or like and you click the spank all, this can have embarrassing results.
My Abuser allows you to select only the people you want to "Abuse". You can only select up to the closest 11 people within a 20m range.
