Touch the front staircase to open the Rezzer menu.
What can this item do:
Via the menu in the front staircase you can rezz the items you want.
If you rezz the Hot tub without the plants the primcount adds up to 20.
If you rezz all plants and the drinking trey the primcount adds up to 39.
This Hot Tub is ideal to save on prims when you're not using it.
Just choose "derezz all" via the menu and only the Tub remains.
