The glowing feature is customizable via your mesh HUD along with tinting option.

It's pretty cool...
Works on the Reborn...it's ok...but you def have to wear a darker skin (or a fantasy skin) to make it stand out. Esp since there isn't a GLOW option for the Reborn. It would be nicer if the actual materials applier applied materials for the actual tattoo and not just some weird circuitry board under it. I think it would make the actual tattoo stand out itself. But, for the price, it's lovely.
it didn't work for me
I recently bought a new slink physique body, the slink appliers did nothing on that body. I tried my older slink hourglass body & the slink appliers did nothing as well. I really wanted to wear this but the slink appliers didn't work for me :( not sure why.
Pretty good stuff
I loved the tattoo design and the shine layers that really exposes the circuits once the light shines over your body. But I wanted the tattoo to glow itself which I think isn't possible because of second life's limitations. It really feels like I am a cyberpunk girl now. Thank you :)
